Race Structure 8 x 1km runs plus Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.
Men's Doubles Weights Open Men's loads per the 25/26 Doubles Rulebook: Sled Push 152kg, Sled Pull 103kg, Farmers Carry 2 x 24kg, Sandbag Lunges 20kg, Wall Ball 6kg.
Wall Ball Target Men's Doubles Open uses a 6kg ball with a 3.00m target for both athletes — no athlete-specific heights. (9kg is the Men Pro weight.)
Team Together Rule Both athletes must complete every 1km run together and enter/exit each workout station together. A workout cannot start until both partners are in the station. ("Within 5 seconds" is a common coaching cue, not a rulebook clause — the rulebook enforces together at the lane line.)

Doubles Scope This simulator is built for Men's Doubles at Open loads (152 / 103 / 2 x 24 / 20 / 6kg) with a 3.00m Wall Ball target for both athletes. Mixed, Women's, and Pro divisions need their own station plans.

Don't try to repeat a no-rep mid-set — tally them out loud and have one partner clean up the missing reps at the very end before leaving the station (each missing rep = 15s penalty).
